The harvest of our coffee goes from the months of November through March. This is a 100% pure coffee. It has a humidity of 10% to 12%, and has high acidity.

Selected Coffee from a height 1650 meters above sea level, Café Caturra varieties and Catuai. With a Full process of washing and drying in the sun, with medium body and sharp acidity. 86 cupping (grade) Score.

It is the selection of the best coffees produced during each harvest.
